Our commercial grade inflatable Zorb Ramp are made of  PVC tarpaulin, With the advantanges as below:

1. High durability PVC material:

Best material (Plato material) is very important for the games. All inflatable games are made of high durability fire-retardant 18oz or 16oz Tarpaulin, which has 3 layers, two coated sides with a strong net inside. The flame retardant meet BS7837. The material has passed SGS, EN71, EN14960.

2. Inner-Air Strips:

Use High Quality Inner air-strips (the white one that connects the layers together). It determines the use life and the quality of the bouncer.

3. Double Stitching everywhere:

We double stitching everywhere, with fourfold stitching at bottom stress point. Double stitching inside and double stitching outside to make sure the inflatables are strong enough.

4. Reinforced strips at joint:

Our Inflatables will make reinforcestrips at the bottom joint and each corner. So when the kids bounce on the games, you do not need to worry about the safety at all. As the bottom can bear the kids no matter how they play on the games.

5. D rings for fixation:

Each product will have thick D rings or circle rings to fix the inflatable. It makes the inflatable steady enough.

6. Feature:   High durablity, High tear strength, Fade proof, Flam retardant M2/B1, Anti-Midew treatment, Excellent UV resistance, Cold weather resistance, Waterproof, Anti-static, Heat-insulation, Blackout, Shrink-resistant, Fluorescent, Other.

7. Tight package bags: We pack inflatable games by carpet at first, then put the package in tarpaulin bag so that the packages will not be frazzled during delivery process. In order to let you find your goods quickly, we will paste a mark paper with your order number.

8. Blower:

CE(220V, 50HZ) or UL (110V, 60HZ) for different area using, plug can also be customized.

9.  Accessories: Repair kits (2 pcs pvc tarpaulin material for each color which is used for inflatables, 1 pc glue) and ground sheet.
